The Ten Perfections

The Buddha taught ten qualities of character to help toward both awakening and everyday life.  They feel particularly relevant in our current environment!  Through cultivating these 10 qualities we can become more at ease, purposeful, and compassionate to ourselves and others at this uncertain time.

We will cover one of the ten Paramis each day.  The list is: generosity, ethics, renunciation, wisdom, energy, patience, truth, resolve, friendliness, equanimity.  We’re not just interested in each quality in general, but in how they can be cultivated toward both open-heartedness and freedom.
