Class Descriptions

vinyasa flow yoga is an all levels practice to strengthen and stretch the body and focus the mind. 

slow flow yoga is a stretchy practice to soothe your body and elevate your mind: well-suited for beginners, and enjoyable for all levels.

meditation is a guided mindfulness/insight-based practice for all levels, no experience required!

yin & restore yoga combines myofascial release, deep stretches, and relaxing postures for an overall therapeutic reset.
